Ingredients
  •  1 cup Chocolate Clear Protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or chopped nuts for extra flavor
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whey protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix these dry ingredients together.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup). Microwave for about 20-30 seconds until they are softened and easier to mix. Stir until well combined.
Add the applesauce, milk, and vanilla extract to the almond butter and honey mixture. Stir until you have a smooth, wet mixture.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined. If you’d like, fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts at this stage.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs attached. Be careful not to overbake, as protein brownies can become dry quickly.

Enjoy!
